Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Younger players are welcome to enjoy Squishara with the involvement of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms on their behalf.

You’re responsible for your account and for keeping your password secure. Please give accurate information when you sign up, and let us know if you think someone else is using your account. You can delete your account anytime from Profile → Delete account.

To keep Squishara fun for everyone, you agree not to:

• cheat, exploit bugs, or use automated tools to add cards you don’t physically own;
• harass, bully, impersonate, or abuse other players;
• choose usernames, display names, or content that are offensive, misleading, or infringe someone’s rights;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

We may remove content or suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.

You keep ownership of the content you add (like your username, display name, and activity). By posting it, you give us permission to display it within the Service so the app can work and other players can see your public profile. You’re responsible for what you post.

The Squishara app is a companion to our physical trading cards. Scanning physical cards unlocks a matching digital collection. Digital cards, achievements, and exclusive reward cards exist only inside the app — they have no cash value, and can’t be sold, transferred, or redeemed for money or physical goods.

Physical products bought through our shop are subject to the pricing, shipping, and return terms shown at checkout. Orders are fulfilled by our shipping partners. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout.

Squishara, the Squishies, card artwork, logos, and all related designs are owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may enjoy them within the Service, but please don’t copy, sell, or use them elsewhere without our permission.

We’re always improving Squishara, so features may change, and the Service may occasionally be unavailable. We may update these Terms from time to time; when we do, we’ll update the “Last updated” date, and continued use means you accept the changes.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Squishara is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the Squishara business is based, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
